STEP 1

Request overview and service presentation

During this initial phase we will make a deep overview of the request the property owner presented us in order to provide the best solution for the client. During this phase we will present all our services and decide on the best solution for our client.

STEP 2

Property overview and checklist

At the property overview phase we will use a checklist to walk through the property and make sure to write down all important details which will help us in providing our services. We will also point out if any of part of the property should be refurbished or fixed.

STEP 3

Legal overview and documentation

We will take a look at the property documentation in order to verify the ownership and we will draw up a sample of the property lease agreement in case the property will be leased. In case agreed we will draw up a power of attorney document.

STEP 4

Property Condition Assessment

At this point we will make a detailed overview of the condition of the property and make a list of necessary actions in order to successfully complete our overview and start our cooperation.

STEP 5

Property Management Service Agreement

We will sign a service agreement which defines all the obligations and responsibilities of the property manager and lists the services requested by the owner.

STEP 6

Service Start

This is the final phase of the onboarding process and from this point forward we begin to manage the property according to our previously agreed terms and conditions.
